Pricing questions

The number of projects you run through Koto per month. Starter covers up to 5 projects per month with 1 user, Standard up to 21 with 5 users, Pro up to 75 with unlimited users. Above that, Enterprise. You can change tier at any time.
Yearly billing is the base: €960, €4,800 or €9,000 per year, excluding VAT. That works out to €80, €400 or €750 per month. Prefer monthly billing? That carries a surcharge of about 15%: €92, €460 or €865 per month. First-time subscribers get a 14-day free trial on every self-serve plan.
No. Configure once, then it runs automatically on every project. You set the rules for your lists one time, per project type, and every next project fills them in from the model.
Koto reads IFC, the open standard every BIM package exports, and imports Vertex BD natively. Output goes to Excel and CSV in your own column formats, and to Odoo or Robaws through the built-in integrations.
Nothing breaks. Koto is vendor-neutral: it sits on open formats, so if you switch CAD package or ERP, your configured pipelines keep working. Your data stays yours.
